Beef Patties

Mix the following ingredients:

• 1kg Beef mince
• 0.5 Cup bread crumps
• 0.5 Cup parsley
• 2 Tablespoons Worcester Sauce
• 2 Tablespoons TAS Original Braai Sauce
• 2 Eggs
• TAS Barbeque spice to taste

Press your patties and put into freezer for a while in order for it to set.

Baste your patties with TAS braai sauce while braaiing.
